01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pcso9pm ("pcso9pm", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pcso9pm.net and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the pcso9pm Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pcso9pm Platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team to close it.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain a pcso9pm account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing pcso9pm account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded.
• You have not been previously excluded from the pcso9pm Platform for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pcso9pm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or gambling under the influence of a condition that impairs your judgment.

pcso9pm reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there is any reason to believe that the eligibility criteria are not being met.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on pcso9pm. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. pcso9pm employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your residential address in the Philippines.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential. pcso9pm will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify pcso9pm immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Security

pcso9pm strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via your registered Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, unless you have reported a compromise to pcso9pm's support team prior to the activity occurring.

04 KYC & Verification

pcso9pm operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR guidelines. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at any point during your use of the Platform at pcso9pm's discretion.

Documents Required

Standard KYC documentation includes one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or UMID card.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photo confirming ownership of the GCash wallet, bank account, or crypto wallet used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. Accounts that remain unverified for 30 days may be closed with funds held pending resolution.

05 Deposits

pcso9pm accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BTC. All PHP deposits are credited to your account balance in Philippine Peso. Crypto deposits are converted at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of transaction confirmation on the blockchain.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits

• Minimum deposit via GCash or PayMaya: ₱100
• Minimum deposit via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank bank transfer: ₱500
• Minimum USDT deposit: 10 USDT
• Minimum BTC deposit: 0.0005 BTC
• Maximum single deposit limits vary by account tier and verification status. Contact support for your current limit.

Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into a pcso9pm account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds. pcso9pm does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is released.

Processing Times

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (PST).
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Standard bank transfer processing: 1–3 business days.
• USDT / BTC: Blockchain withdrawal initiated within 2 hours of approval; on-chain confirmation time depends on network congestion.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 (or 10 USDT / 0.001 BTC equivalent).
• Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request is approved. This is a baseline turnover requirement, separate from any bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests that trigger enhanced due diligence review may take up to 5 business days.
• pcso9pm reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

pcso9pm offers various promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Eligible games for wagering requirements will be specified per promotion. Live casino and sports betting may contribute differently to wagering requirements than slots.
• A maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings of ₱50,000 (or 5x the bonus amount, whichever is lower) applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

08 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on pcso9pm are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the wager is placed, as well as the general wagering rules in this section. In the event of a conflict between general wagering rules and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules take precedence.

General Wagering Conditions

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game. Refer to the game interface for applicable minimum stakes.
• Bets placed in error — including on incorrect markets, events, or selections — are the sole responsibility of the player. pcso9pm will not void bets placed in error unless a demonstrable technical fault on pcso9pm's systems caused the error.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — such as a disconnection during a live dealer session — bets in progress will be resolved according to the game provider's rules. Where a game round cannot be completed or verified, bets will typically be returned to the player's account.
• pcso9pm reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was determined before the bet was accepted, or where there is clear evidence that the odds displayed were the result of a system error.

Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, results are determined based on the official result at the close of play or as otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules available in the sportsbook section. PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other supported leagues are governed by their respective league's official results. In-play bets that are accepted by the system after an event has concluded will be voided.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pcso9pm is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place wagers.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Chip dumping or intentional loss of funds to another player in poker or live games.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Impersonation of another player or pcso9pm staff member.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

Where pcso9pm has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above conduct, the affected account(s) will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms prohibited conduct, all funds in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pcso9pm Platform — including but not limited to the logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, video streams, and databases — is the intellectual property of pcso9pm or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without pcso9pm's prior written consent.

Scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of data from pcso9pm by automated means is strictly prohibited without written authorisation from pcso9pm.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pcso9pm collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to pcso9pm's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pcso9pm does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. For full details on how your data is handled, please review the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

pcso9pm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among Filipino players. The following tools are available to all account holders at no charge and can be activated immediately from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, pcso9pm will take reasonable steps to prevent new account registrations from the excluded individual.

pcso9pm's platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek professional assistance through Filipino problem gambling support services.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pcso9pm's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pcso9pm shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service outages outside pcso9pm's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from the Platform being unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

Nothing in these Terms limits pcso9pm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14 Suspension & Termination

pcso9pm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider on a deposit transaction.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Any other conduct that pcso9pm reasonably determines poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification checks. Where termination is due to a breach by the player, pcso9pm reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to retain or hand over those funds in accordance with applicable law.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your pcso9pm account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is closed. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pcso9pm may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pcso9pm will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory order.

Your continued use of the pcso9pm Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact pcso9pm's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pcso9pm will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing online gaming in the Philippines. pcso9pm's operations are conducted in alignment with the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
